SHIPPING & RECEIVING

Items shipped to St. Thomas for use during the Event must be shipped for receipt on or after May 29, 2024. Items shipped by freight or special courier should be shipped to:

University of St. Thomas, 2115 Summit Avenue, Central Receiving, Cretin Avenue at Summit Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55105 – Attn: Marguerite von Duerckheim/Open Source North Conference.

Items shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS should be mailed to:

Please be sure to include your companies name on the boxes. Any items received by St. Thomas prior to May 29, 2024 may be subject to daily storage fees or may be returned to sender at Licensee’s expense. In addition, any parcels or pallets brought to the conference location may incur delivery fees.
