Kyle Marek-Spartz

Kyle lives in Minnesota with a toddler and a brilliant entomologist. We seek to decarbonize our household.

During the week, Kyle directs engineers and engineering managers toward resilience. I attempt to lead with a transformational and adaptive style. Kyle coaches and mentor people using lenses such as negotiation, linguistics, neurodiversity, communities of practice, and more.

Twice a month, Kyle facilitates Resilience Coffee, a virtual meetup discussing resilience engineering.
Kyle serves on the board and as Treasurer for SPNN (Saint Paul Neighbor Network).
