Ruchi Batra

Ruchi, SVP at U.S. Bank, spearheads Business Enablement, fusing innovation and tech transformation in product development. With a foundation in Software Engineering, she evolved from coding in COBOL to leading the Enterprise ETL Modernization Program at Nationwide Insurance. As the Principal Tech Lead, she orchestrated the shift from PERL to k8s on AWS. Ruchi co-founded a Quarterly Innovation Program for her business unit, produced an enterprise podcast for developers, and juggles these achievements with her role as a mother to an 8-year-old and a toddler.
She has spoken on different topics, most notably at the prestigious Grace Hopper Conference in 2023 and GetWitIt Conference in 2021.
